　　Do you know what mottos are? They are things people say that have a special meaning. I have a super motto and it works like magic. My motto is "Just do your best."你知道座右铭是什么吗？它们就是人们所说的有特殊意义的事物。我有一个特别好的座右铭并且它像魔法一样发挥了作用。我的座右铭就是“尽你所能做到最好”。

　　My motto guides me everyday. It's very helpful to me. It helps me face challenges and takes away my wories. It makes me feel stronger, too. For example, I was sick on a day that I had an important test. I was very nervous and afraid, so I told myself, "Just do your best." 　　记得有一次，我背着书包放学回家，飞快地把学校的作业做完了。心想：作业写完了，我终于可以出去玩儿了。我推开门，前脚刚迈出门槛，妈妈像似早已看出了我的心思，叫住我说：“不许出去玩，家里的练习册还没做呢。”我心里想：妈妈你就是那“如来佛祖”，而我就是那只“孙猴子”，是怎么也逃不出你的手掌心。我极不情愿地回到课桌前，看着这一道道练习题，心想：妈妈真烦人，留这么多作业。如果我不写，对妈妈说，我发现学校作业有一项没写完，是不是练习册就不用写了。可我又想：如果妈妈知道了，会打我的.。正当我犹豫不决的时候，我想起了我的座佑铭“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。”于是，我拿起笔，做起了题，一直做到睡觉。但我没有抱怨我的妈妈。因为我明白我要好好读书，长大后成为祖国的栋梁之才。

　　还有一次，在英语课上，老师讲课十分仔细，也很有趣。我和其他同学都聚精会神地听老师讲课，到了布置课堂作业的时候了。其他同学都开始认认真真地写起来了，而我却觉得累了，不想写了。我想：就算我下课不交，老师也不会把我怎么样的。可我又想：如果我不写，老师在家长面前就会批评我，回家我该怎么办呢？这时，我的座佑铭“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”又提醒了我，这句话激起我学习的动力。于是，我便认认真真地写了起来。

　　“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”这名话时时时时刻刻激励着我努力学习，所以，我把这句话当成我的座佑铭，陪伴着我不断地成长。
