　　合同开头

　　This agreement is made and takes effect on MM/DD/YYYY between____(company), hereafter called "Company" and ____(employee), hereafter called "Employee".

　　此协定由____(公司)，以下简称“公司”，和____(雇员)，以下简称“雇员”，双方签订，自YYYY年DD月MM日起生效。

　　注：英文合同里所有注明“以下简称”的内容，在后文出现的时候，都会使用大写。

　　Employment period 聘用期

　　The Company agrees to employ the Employee and the Employee agrees to be employed by the Company, for a period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31, 2016.

　　该公司同意聘用该雇员，该雇员也同意被该公司聘用，双方雇佣期由签署协议之日起至2016年12月31日止。

　　Position and Duties 岗位职责

　　During the Employment Period, the Employee shall serve as____ of the Company and, in so doing, shall report to the____.

　　在雇佣期内，雇员作为公司____一员尽责，向____汇报。

　　During the Term, the Employee shall devote his full time, attention, skill and efforts to the performance of his duties for the Campany.

　　在此期间，雇员应当为了公司，尽全部时间、精力、技能和努力来履行其职责。

　　Compensation 薪酬

　　Base Salary 基本工资

　　The Corporation shall pay the Employee during the Employment period an annual base salary of $___ per year, which shall be paid on a semi-monthly basis.

　　在雇佣期内，公司应当付雇员基本年薪___美元，每半月一付。

　　Bonus 奖金

　　In addition to annual base salary, the Employee shall be eligible to receive during the Employment Period an annual bonus.

　　除基本工资外，在雇佣期内，雇员有资格获得年度奖金。

　　Vacation and Holidays 休假和节假日

　　During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation and paid holidays in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company.

　　在雇佣期内，根据公司制定的计划、政策、项目和具体操作，雇员有权获得带薪休假和带薪节假日。

　　Termination of Employment 雇佣终止

　　Employee's employment shall terminate upon his/her death; inability or failure to perform the duties required by his/her employment; or his/her written notice of resignation given to the Company.

　　雇佣在以下情况会终止：职员死亡;职员不能够胜任工作要求的职责;或者职员向公司递交了辞职信。
