一、忌给自己戴高帽子。
有的求职者动辄就给自己戴上专家的帽子，这些东西让行家看了感到很虚伪。是不是专家，不是自己说的，也不是自己找几个朋友写几篇文章吹嘘一下就能成的。
二、忌炫耀以往的经历。
由于种种原因，一些人在成长的过程中走过许多弯路，在许多企业都干不长久，这是可以理解的。一个人的成功，不可能是一帆风顺的。但是有的人却把这当成资本，到处炫耀，这就大错特错了。笔者认识一个30岁的年轻人，他表示，已经有在10多家企业当过总经理或副总经理的辉煌经历了，并且都得到老板的赏识。有人不免产生质疑，为什么你还要离开?复杂的经历对人是一种磨练，但是在求职时企业更想知道你离开的原因，不妨把失败的原因也讲出来，这样反而给人一种诚实的感觉。不要过多指责前任上司不会用人。过多吹嘘自已，给人很肤浅的感觉，很难让新上司委以重任。
从自荐资料上不光可以看到一个人的经历，也可以看出一个人的品格。
