The reasons for graduate study are as follows. First and foremost, Dalian University of Technology is the origin of MBA in China and it is one of the most beautiful and famous university in China. (首先，大连理工大学是中国MBA的发源地也是中国最漂亮和最著名的综合性大学之一)Secondly, the need of self-improvement, I have realized that I am lack of knowledge storage and it’s essential to recharge myself to make further achievements. What’s more, I’m extremely interested in business management and eager to master advanced analytic methods and technology to improve practical managing techniques. If possible, I’d like to contribute something to the researches and development of business management. Finally, the need of practice，as times goes on, for the lack of knowledge, I hope to put a full set of brand new managing theory into present job.

之所以就读研究生，主要基于以下几点原因：一是自身发展的需要。我深感自己知识储备的不足，如需实现更高的人生理想需要用丰富的知识来武装头脑，应该负笈游学，困知勉行;二是对工商管理学有着浓厚的兴趣。希望通过学习掌握先进分析方法及技术，提高实际管理技能，如果可能的话为工商管理学科的研究和发展贡献一下自己的绵薄之力;三是实践的需要。随着时间的推移，我深深的感到知识的匮乏，我希望通过学习，能将一套全新的`管理理念应用到现有的工作中去。
