清明节英文怎么说
清明节大约始于周代，已有二千五百多年的历史。清明是我国农历的二十四节气之一，按《岁时百问》的说法：“万物生长此时，皆清洁而明净。故谓之清明。”据传清明节的起源于古代帝王将相“墓祭”之礼，后来民间亦相仿效，于此日祭祖扫墓。古时清明前一天为“寒食节”，相传春秋时晋文公落难，介子推曾割自己的肉给他充饥，晋文公即位后，请介子推为官，介子推却隐居绵山，晋文公放火烧山想逼出介子推，结果误将介子推烧死。晋文公十分痛悔，下令从今往后这一天禁火。因为禁火，人们这一天只能吃冷食，故称“寒食”。后逐渐清明寒食合二为一。历代沿袭而成为中华民族一种传统节日。
