Time flys. A week has been gone. This week I have nothing sepecial except helping an old lady across the road. I left home for school in a hurry on Monday morning, because I had flag-raising ceremony on that morning. When I was nearly arrived at school, I saw an old lady whose hair is all white and she seemed didn t move smoothly. I worried about that she would have accidents without help. So I help her to go through the road. As a result, I was late for school, but I was very happy.
时间飞逝。一个星期就这么过了。这周我和平时一样除了帮助一老奶奶过马路。星期一早上我匆匆忙忙的就出门去上学了，因为那天早上有升旗仪式。在我快到学校的.时候，我看到一个头发全白的老奶奶，而且她行动似乎不是很方便。我担心没有别人的帮助她会出事。所以我帮助她过马路。结果我上学迟到了，但是我很高兴。

It is very hot and wet today and is called sauna weather.
During my mom did the cooking in the kitchen, I saw her head was sweaty.I told her I could help her and she accepted.
After cooking,we were all sweaty .However, mum and I all felt happy. She said I was growing up and became her good assistant.
这是非常炎热和潮湿的今天，被称为桑拿天气。
在我妈妈没有做饭的厨房，我看到她的头部很漂亮.我告诉她，我可以帮助她，她接受。

Last week, I went to the theater with my friends, we wanted to see the hot movie, The Fast and the Furious7, many of my friends suggested me to see, they said it was so awesome. I was looking forward to seeing it. As the plot went into further, the cars drove so fast, the characters fought so strongly with the bad guys. I was very impressed by the fighting scenes, especially the characters drove their caring dropping off the airplane. The technology was such developed, the director and his team shot the good movie, which caught people’s eyes. I never see cars can flying in the sky, the movie broadens my vision.
上周，我和朋友们去电影院，我们想要去看热门的电影——速度与激情7，我的很多朋友都建议我去看，他们说电影棒极了。我很期待看到。随着剧情的深入，车开得很快，里面的人物和坏人斗得如此激烈。对于里面斗争的场景，我印象深刻，特别是演员们开着车从飞机上跳下来。科技是如此的发达，导演和他的团队拍出了一部好电影，吸引着人们的眼球。我从来没有看到车子在空中飞，电影开阔了我的视野。

Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it?
But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do.
On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax.
And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself.
I went to swim on Sunday, although I didn’t swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. I also played with my mother. She couldn’t swim so I taught her. I sometimes played a trick on her. I had a good time there.
