　　Abstract:The article studys the basic theories of Markov chain .For example:the definition of Markov chain、 Markov property 、transition probability 、 transition probability matrix、 absolute probability、 C-K equation and so on .On the basis of them,it discusses the ways of the prediction and decision of economic in the development and changes of the economical phenomenon ,which accord with the regularities of Markov chain.
