初进公司，我将进入一个学习期，学习巩固工作中所需的相关知识，学习应用各种方法处理手头工作的方法，同时要向周围的同事学习他们的工作经验,使我能够更快地成长。几个月后，我应该能熟悉交给我的工作了，我将进一步熟悉公司环境，熟悉整个部门的运作流程，更好得发挥自己在部门中的作用，为下一流程的工作提供便捷。随后，我希望能逐步成为中小项目的一员，得到更多处理事物的方法和经验，并融入到公司大家庭中。在此过程中，即使是获得很小的成功，也是对我工作的肯定，将激励我更积极主动地投入到今后更大的项目中去，体会工作带来的快乐。最后，我希望我能成为公司的优秀员工并能够独当一面处理好日常的事务。

the
beginning
of
all,

spend

Then

grow
furthur

job
and

process

department.
Therefore,
I
can
make
better
use
of

talents
and
abilities.
Further

wish

grow
gradually
as

projects,in

to

more

and

which

in
